We are looking for a Quoting Engineer to join our Corporate Team and will report to the Corporate Integrated Business Planning team, the Quoting Engineer will collaborate with each production sites as well as sales and finance team to lead and administrate quoting process. If you are interested, please apply via email to hr.bannockburn@avalign.com

Job Scope:

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with sales and production sites to design/develop/implement centralized quoting and contract review process
• Track and administrate the quoting process to ensure visibility and on time quote delivery
• Assist Finance and site leaders to standardize cost model used for quoting
• Collaborate with engineering teams in each site to establish capability metrics for site selection
• Collaborate with other Integrated Business Planning team members to assess capacity requirement
• Coordinate with site engineers and customers to review drawing and expectations
• Work closely with sales and business planning team to identify future volume
• Develop and implement quote review process and follow-up mechanism with customers and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering field required
• 3+ years’ experience on manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
• Process development and project management experience preferred
• Experience with machining and mechanical inspection desired
• Previous experience in Medical device industry or contract manufacturing preferred
